Exceptionally comfortable bed, updated room that has a clean bathroom. It has plenty of meals to offer, the food is outstanding.

The hotel is clean, with excellant personal, and offers particularly good location just next door to free airport shuttle, and free shuttle to tourist shopping and restaurant area and the Airport and the Quarry, which is an upscale shopping area. The breakfast was very very good, nice to have toast, pancakes, fruit, eggs, and bacon.

The location was unbeatable and excellent, so close to the old Pearl Brewery complex and Riverwalk, and San Antonio for Special Olympics Texas Summer Games competition.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and had genuinely helpful staff with superior customer service. The breakfast had a lot of outstanding food and drinks. The check in was easy and the atmosphere was family throughout the venue. There was a clean pool on site too.

Here I spent 1 night and truly enjoyed being in this place. The rooms were updated, brand-new, came with good views and a quiet atmosphere, for instance.

This location was favourable, near to river center mall, restaurants to chose from that and Pearl Brewery. The breakfast was very very good, it consisted of toast, pancakes, fruit, eggs, and bacon.

Extremely spacious rooms were updated with sofa. The location was marvellous and the best in a very nice area, really close to restaurants and zoo and Pearl Brewery. Popped in Ida Claire for shots before sleep, it was at walking distance from the venue.

The hotel was perfect and fairly clean, it had good wi-fi, its location was unbeatable close to shopping destinations as well as downtown. The rooms were extremely spacious and I really enjoyed accommodating staff.

The breakfast had something for everyone - toast, pancakes, fruit, eggs, and bacon. The staff was absolutely friendly and super friendly and delivered friendly service. The location was favourable, near the zoo with easy access to a shopping area and a market. I tried some drinks at bar Ida Claire, located 5 minutes walk away.

The staff - some of them were rather noisy.

We were in San Antonio for 1 day, had pleasant stay, the hotel was spotlessly clean with comfy and the best location to the outlet mall at San Marcos. Truly enjoyed the way our a nice size family room with sofa was. The property staff was very amiable and top-class. In general the service was excellent. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.

I recently stayed at a hotel in San Antonio and had a satisfactory experience. The location was convenient, close to the airport with shuttle services and located on a highway route to downtown. The room was spacious and I appreciated the complimentary newspapers and water in the front entrance. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel like family. In terms of breakfast, there was a good selection of food, although I chose to eat elsewhere after a couple of days.

The beds were not as comfortable as expected, slightly impacting the overall experience.
